We're Still Alive!

No, we didn't almost die... It just seems like we have escaped off the face of the Earth. But, we haven't!

I am happy that I haven't found time to blog a nice big'n lately. AJ and I have both been extremely busy with school, moving, family, the baby, church, work, etc. that time hasn't really permitted blogging.

We moved into a new apartment that we are so happy in. What a blessing to be excited to go home at night and feel safe and comfortable!

We're looking into graduate schools for AJ and we're trying to use all the resources around us that are available to help with the baby. (I'm applying for WIC on Friday this week and AJ's siblings have contributed a lot to things we can use and not have to worry about purchasing for the baby)

For one of my classes I am making a family history cook book. It's due in April (like my girl!) but I am so excited to do it that I printed off a copy and already turned it in to my professor. However, I am still making plenty of adjustments and additions.

Wittle KAY is not so wittle any more! She got accepted into William Jewell College as her safety cushion and she turned 18 yesterday. I am so happy for her and her achievements!

Anyways, that is a short update on our life. Teachers, friends, family and community members have been taking really great care of us and I am so grateful for those blessings!

I promise to give a better update later on but it's time for me to scoot over to the academic advisement center to figure out my school life!
